  2. The library "InterfaceLib.xcoff" is obsolete
  3.    in the PreRelease environment of ETO 18.
  4.  
  5. Use the "{SharedLibraries}InterfaceLib" library instead.

  7. The PreRelease version of the PPCLink tool can read PEF
  8. libraries.  The new PEF library in the "{SharedLibraries}"
  9. folder is faster to load, and doesn't require the "-librename"
  10. option.

  12. Please read the release notes.

  14. You may safely delete this file when you are sure that all of
  15. your Make files have been updated.
